What is Corporate Massage?

Corporate Massage is mini massage treatments supplied at a workplace or corporate event over clothing without oil, usually using a massage chair. We come to you with all the supplies and only need a small space on-site. Corporate massage can be used as a team reward, performance incentive, workplace event, or to attract potential staff. Retain good employees with a unique workplace benefit or use it to enhance your company’s wellness program!

Fees and Services

We offer a flat corporate massage rate at $120 per hour. Our rate includes the therapist’s travel, and any parking cost and is per therapist. Any gratuity is at the full discretion of the client and not included in the fees above. 

Policies & Additional Information

Arrival Policy

Unless otherwise specified, 4 Elements Wellness staff will arrive 15 minutes before a scheduled event to set up the corporate massage station(s). 

Cancellation Policy 

48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a corporate massage session and we require a credit card on file to hold placement of our services. We charge a late cancellation fee of 20% of the booked service and the credit card on file will not be charged for any reason other than a late cancellation notice or overdue payment. 

Payment Policy 

The full payment is due by the service date. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, corporate cheque, debit or cash. A $75 NSF fee will be added to an invoice for corporate cheques if funds are not available upon deposit. 

Insurance Company Policy 

All 4 Elements Wellness Clinic therapists are Registered Massage Therapists and can administer insurance receipts. Employees are only eligible to submit a corporate massage receipt for reimbursement if the full payment of the massage fee is through the employee and not the company. If an employee is paying in full and is requesting an insurance receipt, our front end staff will send an invoice by email to clients the following business day with all the information needed for reimbursement.
