Raindrop therapy
What Makes Raindrop Therapy Different?
Raindrop Therapy is a soothing treatment that combines the benefits of pure essential oils with specialized massage techniques. During the session, nine different oils are dropped gently along your spine from about six inches above the skin, mimicking the sensation of falling rain. We then use a combination of light "feathering" strokes and specific pressure point work on the back and feet to help the body absorb the oils and settle the nervous system.
We want this to be the most relaxing part of your week. Our therapists focus on keeping you warm and comfortable with thick blankets and hot towel compresses throughout the session. By blending these aromatic properties with Tibetan-inspired massage points, we aim to help you reach a state of deep emotional and physical stability, leaving you feeling grounded and refreshed.
Caring for Your Internal Systems
While the treatment feels incredibly light and relaxing, the essential oils work to support your body's natural functions long after you leave the clinic. It is an excellent choice for those looking to boost their overall wellness.
Immune & Respiratory Support: The specific oils used are chosen for their ability to aid healthy respiratory and immune function.
Nervous System Calm: Designed to reduce anxiety and help regulate sleep cycles by calming the "fight or flight" response.
Energy & Vitality: By stimulating specific pressure points, we help improve circulation and boost your overall sense of energy.

What to Know Before Your Session
Enjoy a calming, comfortable experience designed to help your body relax while your therapist works to relieve tension and restore balance.
How will I feel during the treatment?
Because we use a variety of essential oils, you may notice a range of heating and cooling sensations on your skin as they begin to work. Most people find this deeply relaxing, often feeling "ready for bed" or, conversely, completely rejuvenated and ready to take on the day.
Should I shower right after my appointment?
We actually recommend leaving the oils on your skin for up to 12 hours if possible. This allows your body to fully absorb the properties of the oils and gives you the most benefit from the treatment.
Is this a deep pressure massage?
No, Raindrop Therapy is much lighter than a traditional therapeutic massage. It focuses more on the application of the oils and light, rhythmic strokes. If you are looking for deep muscle work, we suggest our Therapeutic or Deep Tissue options instead.
What Should I Do If I Have Sensitive Skin?
Our therapists are taught safe oil distribution, however everyone's body is different. Please ask your therapist about a skin patch test at your next regular appointment before booking Raindrop Therapy.
